Samsung Electronics unveiled its "world's thinnest" 3.9mm-thick 40-inch full-HD LCD panel for TVs.
Samsung Electronics made improvements to the optical elements so that LED light efficiently and evenly comes to the liquid crystal cells To achieve the thinness.
The luminance of the panel is 400cd/m2 while contrast comes in the ratio 5,000:1 and with frame frequency 120Hz.
